RAW KITCHEN

As I continue with my goal to eliminate as much toxicity, radiation .. and
negativity from my world as possible, I realised that not every conclusion I
came to applied to everyone.  There's no shortcut to determining what's
right for you, and that takes time and research.  You need to customise
what you're doing relative to your physiology, psychology .. blood type .. where
in the world you live and under what conditions, etc, but of course there are
some fundamental underpinners.

At the risk of sounding obsessive, I'm going to start by documenting what I've
found out about some very commonplace practices and foods that people generally  accept as safe and OK, and look at what's right, and what's wrong about them. 


RAW APPLIANCES

Let's start in the KITCHEN:(Certainly don"t want to start in the bathroom...lol )
Refrigerators ,Microwaves , Toasters , Tap water , coffee , milk , sugar , bread & butter.
These are all major offenders, basically everthing.
But wait theres good news ! There are orgainic fixes for all these problems.Whoo Hoo ! 


 
Places to be mindful.....

In the OFFICE:
EMF's
Commonly used kettles boiling tap water repeatedly all day
coffee machines with a strong concentration of coffee

In a RESTAURANT:
Cooked, non-organic, probably GMO food with more than two food groups on the plate
Sauces and dressings with non-organic ingredients
wine
beer
dessert eaten directly after a big meal
fluids, including water, drunk before, during and after the meal
sugar content
meats .. and all of their inherent producting/sourcing issues

In a HAIRDRESSING SALON:
hair colouroffering of a drink .. wine with preservatives/anti-freeze, instant coffee with milk and sugar,
 water that may not be filtered, and if so, effectively?

CULPRITS ?

All of these things can be replaced with alternatives, and harmful effects
buffered by simple practices when you're ready to make a habit of implementing
them.  Cumulatively it will make a difference you can feel, and can turn
your health around in a relatively short time if you adopt new practices as a
way of life.  You'll be surprised at how enjoyable and easy it
becomes.  Nothing is more important than your health, and as society
develops more and more pandemic issues, gradually the typeof detail I'm 
mentioning here is getting attention as the culprits.
